Led by Charlie Harrison · project engagements
From the plan to the people who run it.
A company budget only works when it reaches the salesperson, the practice lead and the accounting system. This work is led personally by Charlie Harrison, who brings twenty years of FP&A experience, from Merrill Lynch to Fortune 500 companies and owner-run businesses. The Charlie software analyst then runs the repeatable pieces each month.
What we design
Top-down targets that still tie out
The company budget split into salesperson quotas, practice or department budgets and billable targets. Every piece adds back to the total, so nothing is lost between the board plan and the floor.
FP&A workflow and data integration
How data moves between your billing system, CRM, payroll and general ledger: who sends what, when, and in what format. Fewer manual exports, fewer copies of the truth.
Forecasts back into your books
An approved budget or forecast translated back to account level, in the import format QuickBooks, NetSuite or your reporting tool expects.
Version control people can follow
Clear rules for the locked budget, the working copy and each reforecast, so everyone knows which version they are looking at.
How an engagement runs
- 01
Map how it works today
Who owns each number, where it comes from and where it breaks. Usually one or two working sessions.
- 02
Design the process
The splits, the data flows and the version rules, written down and agreed before anything is built.
- 03
Build and test
Templates, mappings and checks, tested against your own ledger so totals tie.
- 04
Hand off and repeat
Your team owns the process. Your company's Charlie keeps the logic and runs the routine steps each close.
Why it holds up
Designed by someone who has run it
Decades of building budgets, quotas and forecasting processes inside real companies, not a template sold to everyone.
Reconciles to the total
Rep-level, practice-level and account-level views all tie back to the same company plan and the same net income.
Fits the systems you already have
We work with your accounting platform and tools rather than asking you to replace them.
Room to grow into custom systems
When a need goes past typical financial reporting, Your Part-Time Analyst can draw on the full resources of Harrison Foundry.
What it takes to start
- — Your general ledger and one month-end trial balance
- — The budget or forecast you work from today, in whatever form it exists
- — A short list of who needs which view: sales leaders, practice heads, lenders, the board
Where this stands
Offered today as a scoped project, sized on a first call. Account-level export of approved budgets is being built into the platform with our first clients.

Where does your plan stop matching the business?
Tell Charlie which split, handoff or system feed causes the most trouble. A few minutes, typed or spoken, then pick a time to meet.
